Wholesale Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Kawai Jewellery (“Seller”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Wholesale orders are available only to businesses with a valid resale certificate or tax ID. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for resale.

2. Pricing

Prices listed are wholesale prices and include taxes but does not include shipping price. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will honour the prices at the time of order confirmation.

3. Minimum Order

A minimum order of 30 items is required for all wholesale purchases.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made through the Kawai Jewellery store at the time of order. Orders are not processed until payment is received in full.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Buyer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Buyer assumes risk once the product is shipped.

6. Returns & Damages

• Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us within 14 days if you receive damaged or defective products. We will replace or refund the items.
• No Returns: All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.

7. Resale Restrictions

The Buyer agrees not to resell products on unauthorised platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without written consent. Pricing must not be lower than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), if applicable.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your wholesale account if you violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Buyer for the affected product(s). We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
