Order Confirmation

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information.
If you made any mistake when entering your information, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you did not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.


All orders are being processed on working days within 48 hours.

During the sales period we try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. Due to high demand, we apologise in advance if any delays occur.

You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped out.

We are based in Australia, therefore for international orders, it can take up to 14 business days depending on location.
Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs.
Delivery time may also vary depending on location.
We try our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, and our customer service team is always happy to help if your order has any issues.

A refund will be granted if your order is still in transit after 45 business days.

If there are any issues regarding the shipping of your order, please submit a request to our team. Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Kawai Jewellery is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number and your package tracking numbers for items that have been shipped.

Use this tracking number (or order # & email address) to check the date estimation delivery of your package.


Before shipping out orders, we take a lot of precautions to ensure that products are not damaged or won't be during transit.

Change My Shipping Address

If your shipping address is incorrect, please email info@kawaijewellery.com as soon as you can. As soon as the order is in transit the address will not be able to be changed.


Some countries may require the receiver to pay tax for the parcel to clear customs at the country of import. Kawai Jewellery offers free international shipping and will not be responsible for any additional fees that may occur including any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.

Important Notes

  • Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
  • You have to pay your shipping fee for the returned/exchanged product.
  • Due to COVID-19, delivery times can still be affected depending on your country's current status. However, it is slowly returning to normal.
