Shipping Policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and shipping information.
If you notice any errors in your order or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is dispatched.
If you haven't received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
SHIPPING
All orders are being processed on working days within 48 hours.
During the sales period we try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. Due to high demand, we apologise in advance if any delays occur.
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped out.

As we're based in Australia, international orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, customs processing, or due to delays with your local postal service.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, and our Customer Care team is always here to help if you experience any shipping issues.
If your parcel remains in transit for more than 25 business days, you're eligible for a full refund or replacement.
If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting their local postal service if a delivery attempt is missed or further information is required.
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, we'll work closely with the carrier to help locate it. Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the carrier or has been successfully returned to us.
TRACKING
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your order number and tracking details.
You can use your tracking number to track your parcel and view the latest delivery updates and estimated arrival date at any time.
CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@kawaijewellery.com as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
TAX/VAT
Depending on your country's import regulations, you may be required to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees before your parcel can be delivered.
Kawai Jewellery is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by your local government.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
- You have to pay your shipping fee for the returned/exchanged product.
