RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our standard return policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, we typically cannot offer an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must return the items in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it in.
Note that we are not responsible for any postage cost for returns/exchanges.
Please send us a picture of the postage receipt by email.
Once Kawai Jewellery have received the items and confirm they are in their original state then the refund will be processed.
If you would like to submit a return or refund request, please contact info@kawaijewellery.com with the following information:

Order Number
Email Address
Explanation of the defect
High quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.
Refunds
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the returned order to be reviewed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are not damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send Kawai Jewellery an email at info@kawaijewellery.com. Depending on our location, the time may vary for your exchanged product to arrive.
Note that we are not responsible for any postage cost for returns/exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Damaged items can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
